We were honored to work on this family piece! While not sure exactly how old it is, family members remember it as it was over 60 years! And, there was evidence that it had been reupholstered once at least. The fabric was nylon loop, super industrial, that frankly may have been holding it together. The foundation was so degraded that the only one who could sit on it was Jasper, a 15 pound miniature schnauzer! We are in love with this chartreuse fabric and the modernizing of the silhouette while still honoring and highlighting the beautiful lines and details!
